We manufacture and source useful and practical products from around the world and dispatch them direct to customers on the same/next working day.

We also supply, on a wholesale basis, some of the best known print and online catalogue companies in the UK.

A RICH HISTORY

Our company’s rich history traces back to 1977 when Peter founded Auto-Q Promotions, a then fully mail order company.

In the early 2000s, recognising the growing influence of e-commerce, Auto-Q Promotions made a strategic shift to online retail. This marked a pivotal moment in our journey, enabling us to reach a wider audience and provide an enhanced shopping experience to our customers.

Today, we proudly operate as Ideal Direct Ltd, a thriving enterprise that has expanded its product offerings and market presence. Our diverse range of products is made available both through our robust online platform and through strategic B2B wholesale relationships. With a global footprint, our operations span across multiple warehouses, including our flagship 20,000-square-foot facility located in Rochester, Kent.
